Delivery area We deliver to almost every corner of South Africa. Please make sure you select your delivery city/area carefully as this will determine the suburb dropdown later in the checkout process. For couriered products and for flower deliveries in outlying areas, your delivery fees may vary.

Delivery Date Your earliest delivery date will be shown here, based on the product and delivery area selected previously. Please note that we do not deliver flowers on Sundays or public holidays and our hampers/couriered products can only be delivered on weekdays (public holidays not included). We rely on third parties to deliver our products, so please let us know as soon as possible if an item has not been delivered and we will do our best to resolve the problem for you as quickly as possible.

Delivery Time We do not guarantee specific delivery times. Deliveries are made between 12h00 and 18h00 on relevant delivery dates. You may select (at an additional charge) to have your flowers delivered in either the morning or afternoon, but again, we are unable to guarantee specific times.

Extra We offer a wide range of extra products for you to spice up your flower order. The brand and type of teddy bear, chocolates and other extras may vary depending on delivery area. However, we do try to ensure that all our florists are able to stock to the brands we offer.

While we always strive to ensure that products are accurately represented in our photographs, from season to season and subject to availability, our florists may be required to substitute one or more flowers for a variety of equal or greater quality, appearance and value.

Delivery Information

New York

Standard – $15, delivery charge is free for orders over $50. For the same-day New York delivery service, please place your order before 2.00pm, Monday – Friday. For same-day New York delivery service on Saturdays, place before 10.00am.

Nationwide Delivery

Standard – $20. A next-day nationwide delivery service is available Tuesday – Saturday for orders placed by 2pm the previous day.

Each bouquet will arrive with flower care instructions. Please note, certain fragile products are available for a New York delivery only.
