Please note that we do not deliver flowers on Sundays or public holidays and our hampers/couriered products can only be delivered on weekdays (public holidays not included). We rely on third parties to deliver our products, so please let us know as soon as possible if an item has not been delivered and we will do our best to resolve the problem for you as quickly as possible.

Delivery Time We do not guarantee specific delivery times. Deliveries are made between 12h00 and 18h00 on relevant delivery dates. You may select (at an additional charge) to have your flowers delivered in either the morning or afternoon, but again, we are unable to guarantee specific times.

Extra We offer a wide range of extra products for you to spice up your flower order. The brand and type of teddy bear, chocolates and other extras may vary depending on delivery area. However, we do try to ensure that all our florists are able to stock to the brands we offer.
